Fabrication of reinforcements MILD STEEL confirming to IS 432 and/or high yield strength deformed TOR STEEL bars confirming to Yst 415 N/sq.mm of various diameters for reinforced concrete work. The work includes cutting bending, fabricating and placing in position according to drawings including supply and use of 16 Gauge black annealed binding wire in two strand to tie the bars in position and providing Arpitha PVC Cover Blocks as per IS 456 – 2000, for main reinforcements to ensure specified cover according to relevant drawings.For Concrete work – PVC Cover Block make M/s.Arpitha Exports (Equivalent) Bangalore.

Providing and fixing of Arpitha Expansion Joint Beads for Floor made out of 1.2 mm thick G.I powder coated Strip with slotted holes, EPDM Rubber profile of the width 25 / 50 mm, to suit 50 to 70 mm height Screed Concrete.  200 mm width Arptiha Plaster Mesh is used on either side of the concrete to avoid water leakage in the joints. The whole set is fixed using GI screws as directed by the architect / Engineers.
